The single-storey house with a spacious plot is located in a quiet street in Riells, a district of the old fishing village of L’Escala.

The beach, the promenade, the marina and shopping facilities are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The vacation home has been continuously modernized in recent years. The bathrooms were extensively renovated in 2015. New air conditioning units have been installed since 2023.

L’Escala – the place

The old fishing village of L’Escala – famous throughout Europe for its specialty, anchovies – is a small Catalan town at the southern end of the Bay of Roses and a popular vacation destination.

L’Escala offers fine sandy beaches and a picturesque old town with numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques.

There is also a wide range of cultural activities on offer, especially in the summer months.
